Orange County Business Spotlight: Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que

Are you searching for top notch barbecue in Orange County? Look no further than Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que. They are well known for their fine Southern hospitality and great food at affordable prices. If you haven’t been before, you’re in for a real treat. If you have been before, you know exactly what to expect and can’t wait to go back.

While Lucille’s is changing with the times, they have never changed the goals that their founder Craig Hofman had when he originally opened the first Lucille’s location in Long Beach in 1999. He wanted to provide top notch food in a spacious, comfortable environment intended to bring diners to the South. Lucille’s has never lost sight of this vision. As such, people keep coming back because they know they’ll always be taken care of properly at Lucille’s.

Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que has some of the finest barbecue that Tustin has to offer. They make slow cooking look like an art form with chicken that takes two to four hours, pork shoulders that cook in the range of 10 to 12 hours, and brisket that can cook up to a full day.

One of the best parts about eating at Lucille’s is getting to select your appetizers and side dishes. Their menu includes grits, sweet potato fries, cornbread, roasted peanut slaw, and fried green tomatoes. Of course you’ll be sorry if you don’t save room for dessert, too. Having to choose between fruit cobbler and banana pudding is one of the toughest choices that you’ll make all day.
