The Women’s Entrepreneur Event offers new businesses a chance to share their stories and to learn about making it through early business stages. It will feature three guest speakers explaining their businesses and offering support to new entrepreneurs. The main purpose of the event is to provide a comfortable platform for new entrepreneurs that allows them to learn from experienced professionals.
This event, which will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2014 from 11am to 3:30pm, is organized by Silvia Masera Events and Diana Moreno Mybrations at Hotel Angeleno in Los Angeles. Guest speakers include Scott Pearring, Sean Kubota and Angela Fuentes. Pearring is a Financial Coordinator for investment firm G.A. Repple. Kubota works with Light Body Creations while Fuentes runs Forty Twenty AM, a resource for designers in the fashion industry. The event will be photographed by Paul the Good Photographer and will include lunch and valet parking, which costs an additional $5.
Choices for food include salmon, beef, prosciutto crudo, veggie and vegan sandwiches while beverages include mimosas and a variety of soft drinks.
Learning from other business leaders is one of the best ways to improve your business. Interacting with experts who can answer questions can help expand your contacts and knowledge. What most new businesses need to get past early hurdles is encouragement and support from successful role models, which is what this event provides.
